Very knowledgeable book,teaches about fearing the Lord, getting understanding fearing the Lord and in the end God will keep you safe...

I know now that God knoweth everything before it happens it 's good we always read his proverbs so we won 't be mislead.

it is the sum and substance of all knowledge.only wise can understand this.fear is the reverence to god . beginning means one should follow this in childhood itself.the anointed knowledge is the true gospel our lord and Saviour jess Christ

Fearing to the lord means reacieving Jesus but fools boast themselves,they say to themselves that they know everything and there is new no god

If only we would heed to these words of wisdom.

This is not saying to be afraid of God The word is saying to have a reverential trust in God in who and what He Is. To know Him and the power of His resurrection . A fool says no to God. I would rather be a fool for God than a fool for the things of the world. I would rather be in agreement with God than die to be in agreement with the worldly people. I would rather be rejected from the world than to be rejected from God. That is a fearful thing there !!!!

Well praise God .God children has nothing to worry about just do not let the devil and his sinful children lead u their way because the wicked watch the righteous and they want to slay them but God will not allow it. how Do God know what the devil childrens have plan for the righteous God looks down on the earth he knows the hart of man and don 't u worry God is our defence praise God Amen

What the word is telling me is when u no people that do not want to hear or a accept God word do not hang out with them the word is saying God will leave them to their own devices and when trouble come on them God will not hear them some people will never accept God they have chosen the devil God already knows the one that will come to him and he no the one who will not he knew that before we were born. We shouldn 't try to make any one come to God. It they do not no God tell them about God and pray for them God will do the rest.Praise God he is all knowing.He loves us all nothing can be done unless God allows it and he allows everything for his reasons be it good or bad on the earth

This verse is right in spot with 2014 society. People cannot do justice without wisdom from God. We see the results from man made thinking now.

In reading this chapel I am reminded of what I have read in the past the word of God has taught me that if I honor God he will honor me he will be my defense in time of trouble, and if there is a problem to hard for me bring it to him and he will handle it. but if I turn away from God and don "t listen he will warn me many times if I do not want to here him then I will reap in my life what I sowed out be it good or bad and if I sure die I will go where I live my life on earth to go be it hell or heaven we decide where we go not God by life we live praise God for giving us free will

When we get stubborn and disobedient, God still demonstrates his love to us by persistently counselling and reproving. He only abandons when he perceives that our hearts have become hardened.If only we can learn to quickly turn from backsliding by obeying the Lord 's counsels and reproofs trouble will be averted.

Yes we should all obey our parents in The Lord and obey Gods commandments or we will eat the fruits of our own ways and in the end it isn 't going to be well with us. God doesn 't change for us we have to change. If we are true believers we will change.

Solomon loved his son. I pray every day our Kings would love us so much to give such counsel. With the warmongering today. I pray every night my father, forgive me because now I can see. 17 Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird. 18 And they lay wait for their own blood they lurk privily for their own lives.

Its like this when I was a child my mother told me me mindful of who u make friends with and every one who smile in your face is not your friend also she when u allow your so call friends to lead u in the wrong way I will not get u out of the trouble u got your self in by following after the world and not listening to your parents and praise God I never got in any trouble never drink never smoke I was not a perfect child but but as a child I was not a follower I was a leader .

I like the verse 7 what I got out of this chapter is once you submit to God and seek a close relationship with him you will begin to understand things won 't always be easy but if you trust in him and listen you will be fine!!!

What I gather from this chapter was to be mindful of the company you keep as a child of God because the spirit does nor reside in them. Also, as their lives begin to collide and self destruct, the Lord will not be there for them because of all of the times they refused to listen to the Holy Spirit. As a child of God, we must separate ourselves from that lifestyle, but it is okay because we will have the protection of the Lord.

God word is what stand.and if you choose not too take heed or to obey the true signs of his love and his guideance then you will set yourself up for failure.

The lessons our grandparents taught us. Obey your parents, watch the company you keep, be mindful of others, the fear of God. Now that I am an adult I think and act as an adult.

Sometimes we feel weak and insecure. Fear can cause us to not have a sound mind, no power and we are not able to love when Fear has a hold on us. Let us all remember what Jesus said. My strength is made perfect in our weakness. Our FAITH should soar like an eagle when we feel weak. Trust in The Lord with all your heart lean not on your own understanding and HE will direct your path. There is true comfort in this knowledge. We don 't have to live in fear with a promise like that!!

A lil confusing but I will read it again till I understand it

I 'm more understanding and close less with God. The book of proverb is a guideline on how to live and to obey the Heavenly Fathers Word.

prosperity of fools shall destroy them. when they are doing what with the prosperity? money etc? Advise please.

I believe it aligns with Psalm 2 and Romans 1.

Verse 7 reminds me that I must all time fear the Lord for me to gain more knowledge and have wisdom. I must be obedient all times.

God 's fear is knowledge. He does not want people to know what he done in the Old Testament where he destroyed the land of Sodom

YOU most be as a child in CHRIST be of SOBER MIND AND BOBY, SOUL to recieve GODS WISDOM

I love to recieve wisdom from my HEVENLY FATHER

I understand what JESUS IS saiding to his disciples
