The proper word is Repent of your sins, and Believe in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour! WE do not accept God! Excuse me! No man comes to Jesus, unless the Father draw him! It is commonly taught, that we are to accept Jesus, and ask Him into our lives: but this is a very gross ignorance and error. God accepts us for Jesus' sake, after He has convicted us and led us to repentance.
