The statement was made that Moses saw an Egyptian kill a Hebrew man whose wife was caught having an affair with the Egyptian. Is this correct? If so, where in the Bible does it say this?

there is need to thank God for whatever thing that happens in our lives either good or bad because he is the author of life sometimes we go through challenges in life so that God can speak to us if Moses did not go through that challenge that made him run to exile properply he would not have spoken to God
