This is just an observation of the people around the town I live in, and not an indictment of them are anyone on this forum.

Most people don't read God's word, much less study it.

Most have no knowledge of the Kingdom of God, as taught by scripture. They have been taught, believe in Jesus and go to heaven, or if you don't believe, then you go to hell, it's all up yo you.

They are taught out of the New Testament, with most, seldom ever studying, in depth, the Law and Prophets.

When Jesus came preaching the Kingdom of God is at hand, there was no written New Testament, he taught out of the Law and Prophets.

Jesus speaking one of his parables said:

Luke 16:31 .....If they hear not Mosses (law) and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Acts 28:23 And when they had appointed Paul a day, there came many unto him into his lodging; to whom, Paul expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses and out of the prophets, from morning to evening.

Before the Old Testament was translated into other languages, there is no mention of HELL. One would assume that if there were such a place of torture for sin, the prophets would have never cease warning people. Yet not one word concerning a place called Hell. Likewise not one mention of a place of eternal bliss, called heaven.

The Kingdom of God is ON EARTH (CHRIST IN YOU), Christ has been calling man into his Kingdom for two thousand years. Those that are NOT CAUSED to hear his call in this AGE, will be resurrected back to their flesh, and Christ and those that WERE CAUSED to hear his call, will judge the earth, and bring the remaining sheep into the fold. This is very evident in the Law and Prophets.

In the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, man uses this parable to teach the doctrine of heaven and hell, Yet JESUS SAID, if they want believe the Law and Prophets, which DOES NOT teach heaven and hell.

Act 5:12 "And by the hands of 'the apostles' were many signs and wonders wrought among the people... compare Acts 5:13-16 = everyone was healed.

However, after Israel "fell" ( Acts 7:51-60), God "raised up Paul," who Also had signs, wonders, and powers "apostolic authority," which Also 'Included' raising the dead. ( Acts 20:9-10)

After "God Finally set 'Israel' aside, and Paul went to the Gentiles Only" ( Acts 28:28), God 'Withdrew this {temporary} authority.' Since Paul's Revelation of The Mystery in Romans Through Philemon 'Fulfills/Completes' Scripture ( Colossians 1:25), 'Confirmation' was no longer necessary. The account in Acts 28:3-6 doesn't indicate that Paul was bitten by the viper - it seemed to have just latched onto Paul's hand after which Paul shook it off. But if Paul did get bitten, as the others looked to see whether his hand swelled up or if he fell down dead, then it seems that the poison had no effect, as the Lord gave him immunity.

The Spirit has led me to believe it spiritual war. I know by previous comments you understand that the elect will judge the world. What has the Spirit revealed to you about this judgement. The Spirit has revealed to me that THE BOOKS ( Revelation 20:12) or symbolic of the ones judging. The Spirit has put a great hunger and thirst in me to study and understand the prophecies. You understand that the Spirit is assembling a nation of priest and judges. The Spirit has revealed to me that this nation of priest will judge and bring to truth all those raised after these elect have been gathered. "Building a case on Paul's thorn in the flesh"

Please brethren help me build a case on Paul's thorn in the flesh. I need your help gathering scripture, verses, and any information regarding "Paul's Thorn" so far I have discovered a few possibilities. In

( 2 Corinthians 12:5-10) Paul mentions:Verse 5 "infirmities" then in verse 7 he mentions the "thorn in the flesh" but in the same verse he wrote "the messenger of satan" and it also says "to buffet me" then in verse 9 he mentions "infirmities" again.

But in verse 10 this is where it gets interesting he mentions ("infirmities" "reproaches" "necessities" "persecution" and "distresses".) So far I have found one major clue its in ( Acts 28:1-6) it's right after they survived the shipwreck and landed in Melita. It mentions a venomous snake in verse 3 that "fastened on his hand" but I know there are many other possibilities for Paul's thorn in the flesh. Some scholars mention he had eye problems or that he was beaten, others say he had men who opposed him. Can you please help me gather proof on these claims please. Our Lord instantly healed him. The Holdaper fired at him the 2nd time, his gun failed to fire, got scared and run away.

That proverb, "All roads lead to Rome" is not found in the Bible, rather from a development of what was significant of the City of Rome in the bygone Roman Empire. It was said that 'All paths or activities lead to the centre of things. This was literally true in the days of the Roman Empire, when all the empire's roads radiated out from the capital city, Rome.' As well, there were a few films made with that title, but nothing to suggest this in God's Word.

I agree with you, the mystery of God is complex.

I do not agree with you concerning the "mystery of godliness" as it pertains to Scripture you provided, being God Himself. I believe it concerns the Son of God being born of woman ( Isaiah 7:14). Jesus is the One spoken of in 1 Timothy 3:16 and the One promised in Genesis 3:15

I agree with you, Jesus is the way to salvation.

I, however, must disagree with you that God is Jesus and Jesus is God, and again will state that I believe Jesus never came claiming to be His Father.

Jesus came as the personification of the Words of the Father John 1:1-2); and His authority came from the Father; and He lost none of His Father's sheep ( John 17:12)

But Jesus is not the Father.

The word mystery only occurs in the New Testament.

The word "mystery" is the Greek word "musterion" and basically means a "secret."

There is more than one "mystery" spoken of in Scripture.

There is the mystery concerning the DURATION of time of the blindness of Israel ( Isaiah 6:9-10, Romans 11:25).

There is the mystery concerning the kingdom of God which was revealed in parables to the general public, but explained to the 12 Apostles; ( Matthew 13:10-11, 1 Peter 1:10-12)

There is the mystery concerning the fact that "we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed" ( John 11:25-26, 1 Corinthians 15:51, also look at Philippians 3:14, 1 Thessalonians 4:15, Hebrews 9:27)

There is the mystery of iniquity and lawlessness that is connected to MYSTERY BABYLON of Revelation 17:5-7, (look at Daniel 8:23, Daniel 12:4, Matthew 22:4, Acts 2:38, 2 Thessalonians 2:7)

There is the great mystery or secret concerning the Gentiles being co-heirs in the body of Christ, which was only revealed after the second rejection the King and the Kingdom by the Jews in Acts 28:17-31. This is the secret that was kept secret since the world began and what is being spoken of in Romans 16:25-26, Ephesians 3:1-12, and Colossians 1:24-27.

You search the Scriptures to try to condemn God's chosen people and call Jews cursed.

The Olive tree that your are trying to be grafted into as the wild branch are these same cursed Jews? Look at Romans 11:16-22.

And what are you going to do with the words of Luke in Acts 28:26-29?

Are we not going to believe another promise of God just so you can condemn our brothers?

People can say they believe in anything they want. Show me your works and I will see your faith!

What about Muslims, Hindus, etc.? They deny God AND Jesus.

Jews follow God. Last I checked, that was Jesus' Father also.

As far as most of the Jews being from Eastern Europe and Russia, I am not sure the point you are trying to make.

Most of us don't know our ancestry more than a few generations.

How do you really know your ancestors aren't from Europe or Russia; and could have even been Jewish!

Plenty of people that call themselves Jews are not ( Revelation 2:9, 3:9). Just as many today that call themselves Christian are not.

Devout Jews believe in God OUR Father. Others are whatever they claim to be. An "unbelieving Jew" is called a Gentile; just as an unbelieving Christian is called a Gentile.

The "Jews" that crucified Jesus CLAIMED to be Jews, as the High Priest was the leader of them. But their actions spoke of them that are of the synagogue of Satan.

The Apostles were of the house of Israel (Jews); otherwise they would not have been chosen.

Were not the JEWS PURPOSELY BLINDED BY GOD until the return of Jesus? ( Acts 28:25-28)

Did God not say that He would restore His people; the JEWS? ( Romans 11:26) The Deliverer (Jesus) will turn ungodliness from Jacob (ALL 12 TRIBES)

Are we not grafted into THEIR tree? ( Romans 11:17-24)

Our brothers need our spiritual guidance, not our disdain ( Galatians 3:29).

In addition, I do not believe that Jesus the King of the JEWS came speaking Greek. He spoke it when needed.

Those that were with Jesus at the cross at the 9th hour knew the Hebrew words being spoken ( Matthew 27:46-47, Mark 15:34-36).

The inscription left by Pilate was written FIRST in Hebrew.

Hebrew is the language given by God to His chosen people.

Hebrew is the only language that is both pictorial and phonetic, as well as having it's number system based upon it.

The Hebrew letters form the words our Creator spoke when forming the world.

Jesus is the Aleph and the Tav; not the Alpha and the Omega. Jesus is every word of Scripture. That ultimately is Hebrew, and not any other language.

Hello NOBLES, I can't find in the Bible where it confirms that Paul was ever set free or were pardoned. However, I know some Bible scholars believe he was executed by Nero Caesar 11 Timothy 6,7 "For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.(7) I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Paul is by the Holy Ghost speaking of his impending demise. Isaiah was a Hebrew prophet who is believed to have lived about 700 years before the birth of Jesus Christ.

The book of Isaiah has the message of salvation as its central theme while presenting both the blessings and judgments of God's covenants with Israel. It pronounces God's judgment on Israel and Judah for their glaring violations of their covenant obligations.

The importance of the message is it foretells the future - thus when looking back on the message which is hundreds of years old - the current reader/hearer can and should believe the message to be true; whether in the time of Paul or in the 21st century.

Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth. My thoughts on Paul's comment in 1st Corinthians 6th verse : ( Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect ; yet not the wisdom of this world , form into too many interpretations of who is perfect .
