Those pre flood were led by sons of gods off spring, very intelligent builders after all their father was a builder and designer. These sons had the intelligence and skills to build and design but it was used to fight each other. They messed with DNA they created virus and strange hybrids that are mentioned in mythology and on the walls of the pyramids. God saw that his creation had become corrupted and sent the flood. But even after that there remained bad strands of DNA in Noah and family which occasionally showed up as giants again. Virus where created and put into animals and where made off limits to man, kosher food only. We eat virus infected meat, or meat which has the potential to become virus ridden very easily. We disobey gods will and every commandment is regularly broken. Though shall not kill, abortions are killing. Though shalt not worship false idols, look in any church and see statues of mary or jesus. The rest are easily identified as being broken. I'm going off track lol. But there is going to be a price to get things back to gods way again.

My question is how to know God's will for your life ? We, sometimes accomplish our own will instead of accomplishing God's will for our life.

Dear Chris .Thank you for your prompt reply. I m sure you agree when the heavens and the earth were created ,it was the creation of one God ,our creator. sadly Satan misleads the majority of us into believing there are many gods and many paths leading to the Kingdom of the true God and His Son Jesus Christ. From a logical perspective the creation of the heavens and earth ,the universe is to complex for us mere mortals to even try to comprehend adding to that indescribeable event God created the heavens and the earth in six days and on the 7th God rested and put aside ,"Santified a special day of rest.. a sign of our alegiance to our creator.my thought is this why on such a mind boggling event would the 7 th day of rest and worship over time now become the 1st day of the week. Would the almighty God allow such a change to happen? ! God forbid! I will bck up my claim with verses .Chris ,if i may call you Chis? I ask myself did the 7th Sabbath precede the Sunday of worship or viseverse.im using capital letter Sunday out of respect for your belief. I got to start replying to your verses of the day one reason being i read your prayers and they are of dedication and genuine concern for your fellow human beings .i am replying for the same reason out of genuine concern for my fellow human beings.May we according to God's word together descredit Satan and his lies and deceit .and i mean for us to do this being led by the Holy Ghost..if God is for us ! Who can be against us and i say this with conviction.please advise .

    Kind Regards

  • Joe - In Reply on Matthew 11:17 - 5 years ago
I believe these verses are a parable aimed at the many un-believers, likely the Pharisees & Sadducees, - aka " ... this generation" who were acting like children who sometimes get huffy and say something like "I'm not going to play with you anymore".

The worst part is, many of these Pharisees & Sadducees never did believe - unlike children who usually change their attitude and soon return to their playmates.

"Zachariah 13:9 And I (the Holy Ghost) will bring the THIRD part ..."

Earl, how can you justify "adding" the part "(the Holy Ghost)" in the above?
  • ... - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 5 years ago
Well Idk if that other answer answered it because I didn't read it but

    Because Jesus was with God

    John 1:1

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."

    John 10:30

"I and my Father are one."

So the Word was God and was with God since the beginning. So Jesus was the one with God and is also God.

    Genesis 2:18

"And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him."

    Genesis 2:21-23

"And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;"

"And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man."

"And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man."

So MAN was created in the image of God but woman was created as a help meet for man so women were not created in the image of God if that answers anything.

  • Receiving Favor Giving Favor - In Reply on Psalms 91 - 5 years ago
The favor of God can be described as "tangible evidence that a person has the approval of the Lord." When we favor someone, we want to be with him or her. We delight in him/her. We connect with him/her in a way we don't connect with everyone else. We usually favor people who also favor us. IN THE SAME WAY, God shows favor to the ones who delight in, connect with, and give honor to Him. Isaiah 66:2 says, "These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word." 2 Chronicles 16:9 says, "For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong on behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him." To be "perfect" toward Him means we seek His favor more than we seek the favor of anyone else, even ourselves.
  • Praying for Revival - In Reply on Psalms 91 - 5 years ago
Nothing is hopeless. Ezekiel 37, ONE Prophet of God, listened to God; believed Him; did what God said to do.

Even now, one person can stand up to Dead Apathy; and prophesy in the Name and The Power of the Blood of Jesus____to the dead bones in Sweden.

Your FAITH in God starts the shaking. The Holy Spirit makes the Bones stand up.

If revival is in your heart, it's there for a reason. God is looking for one person to take His WORD seriously. Don't let the nay-sayers grouch that it's "Old Testament".

Ezekial 37: It's written down for us to see it. Habakkuk 2:1-4, "that he may run that reads it"...

If the Lord places revival in your heart, that is your work. It's lonely but if that fire burns hot within your heart, run with it. You speak to the dry dead bones of revival.

Jesus sits at the right hand of God, right now, interceding for ALL SAINTS.

Write the vision down...in the Bible. The Bible is alive, written on the flesh of our hearts. If others with the same burden want to join you to pray for revival, let it be.

Commit your works to the Lord.

    Psalm 69:9, 69:13

You're the 1st person I've heard say they want to see a revival in their nation. May the Lord bless you. I agree with you for revival in Sweden.

  • Prayer For Deliverance and Healing - In Reply on Psalms 91 - 5 years ago
Speak faith when doubt raises its head.

Pray: " Come Holy Spirit. Help Me."

I pray against sickness in my coming and going. I pray against any form of sickness coming near me, my family, or near my vicinity. I claim my healing against: (speak your disease out now) in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. I declare by the power and authority of the Holy Ghost, that no illness, spirit of infirmity or sickness attack from the enemy shall prevail against me in Jesus's mighty name. I am covered by the Blood of Jesus.

I confess Jesus Christ as my infinite Healer, and by His holy stripes and mighty authority, I declare that I am totally healed from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. I render every satanic attack against me bound up and cast out by the Name of Jesus! every spiritual foundation of sickness, and I command every infirmities spirit to bow down right now to the authority that is in the name of Jesus Christ. Go into outer darkness. Do not return in Jesus of Nazareth name!

I pray against sickness in any form or shape. I say with confidence that I am the healed of the LORD Jesus Christ. I cover myself and family with Christ's precious holy blood of Jesus and I declare by His holy might and righteousness, dominion and authority that it shall continue to be well with me and my family in all dominion, and dimensional realms.

I forbid by the authority of the Holy Ghost any reoccurrence of sickness in my life. I claim immunity for me and for my family against every form of sicknesses with the atonement blood of Jesus Christ. I declare that we carry the mark of Christ Jesus; therefore, let no infirmities spirits ever trouble us!

In Jesus of Nazareth holy name and by His righteous authority I have decreed and declared! I stand in faith. Amen.

Copy this down and use it till your Faith stands up like King David did, to Goliath.

Dear Lord, I give you my entire heart, soul and being. All of the training, studying and skills are yours. Each work that I do and the money I earn is done in your honor. I lay all of my hopes and aspirations at your feet. I pray that you will bless my work and find favor in all that I do. When I meet new challenges in my work, I pray that you will help me to overcome them and excel in my job. Please guide me throughout the day so that I may walk in your path in all that I do.

May all my joys be multiplied through the hope and love of Jesus Christ. Because I believe in you, Lord, I know that nothing is impossible for me. Through you, I can do all things. I pray that you will Give Favor in what I do. When I make a mistake or stumble, give me the wisdom and guidance I need to do the right thing. May your love reign supreme in my life and may I always work toward a better knowledge of you. Amen.

Jesus I agree with this your child that you will strengthen and enable her to refuse the traps of the devil. Keep her and her child safe while You bring her to a man of God, according to 1 Corinthians 7; to shelter, protect and guide in partnership. Help her to depend on You until that time. Song of Solomon 2:16. You depend on Jesus to help you with those things you need help with. Put your precious faith in Him.

    Matthew Chapter 18

18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

I agree with you that the Holy Spirit would go forward and open the eyes of the spiritually blind and deaf: to hear and understand the Gospel of Christ. I agree with this brother, that on cords of love the Holy Spirit would draw these family members to Jesus for salvation and forgiveness of sins. Love covers a multitude of sins: May love and forgiveness seal their salvation and shelter the new birth from all persecution.

I pray for nothing less than what You, Jesus, did for me. May Your Holy Spirit undertake in their new birth and sink their roots deeply in the Life of Jesus.

Together, we ask this in Jesus Name and believe we have what we have prayed for.

    We praise Your Holy Name.

  • MICHAEL KERR on Isaiah 40:31 - 5 years ago
Waiting upon the Lord (40.31) in my view has two complementary elements, serving and anticipating his future calling to act and serve, a truly fundamental and inspirational promise that believers ''walk and not faint''.
  • Chris - In Reply on 1 John 3 - 5 years ago
Disappointment comes to all of us as we remain in hope that something we've planned for or what has been told us, fails to materialize. It is an unnerving experience that can render some people quite helpless, but God is there for times such as these.

Romans 12:2 says it this way: "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." Even though we generally understand this verse warning the believer not to behave as the unsaved world does & adopt a new way of thinking, it also has implications to the believer not to conform to the world that sets its hope on the finite & material aspects of it, rather than putting faith in the God Who knows & does all things well.

The believer does at times suffer disappointments, but ought to immediately look heavenward & commit himself & those matters to the Lord Who will bring it to pass in His Time, & generally in a manner above what we could have expected or planned for.

Some other Scriptures to reflect upon: Philippians 4:6,7; Romans 8:28; Jeremiah 29:11; Psalm 73:23-26; Psalm 121:1-8; Psalm 42:11; Matthew 6:33; Proverbs 3:5,6; 1 Peter 5:6,7; John 14:27; Hebrews 13:5. And many more, to show us there is comfort & help as we wait upon the Lord with our concerns & disappointments in this life.
  • Ron on Jeremiah 23:30 - 5 years ago
Jeremiah 23:5-6 is such an encouragement when we would despair because of all that is broken and hurting in our nation and world. The righteous Branch, from the lineage of David, the coming King who will reign and prosper, foresees Christ's second return. He will execute judgment and justice (just in Israel?) no..."in the earth," the whole earth. The whole creation groans and travails together in pain until now ( Romans 8:22) and only Christ's return will relieve it. My challenge is not to be overburdened by worry and fear for what is happening, but to endure and wait patiently for Him. He will be called THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, for we have no righteousness of ourselves.

  • Chris - In Reply on Luke 2 - 5 years ago
Jesus will return to Earth to reign in Jerusalem at the appointed time set by God - & that will be for a thousand years' duration. We understand by examining & 'dividing' of the Scriptures, that His return will be at the end of the Great Tribulation of God upon the Earth of wicked people & the Anti-Christ, & when Satan & the Anti-Christ will be locked away for that period (Revelation chapter 20). Jesus' Return will be the start of the 'New Age' of Righteousness, for those who have come to Him by faith in His Work at the Cross, who will share in His Kingdom right into eternity.

Yet, no one can set dates for all this to happen. I believe that Jesus first comes in the air to receive those who belong to Him & prior to the Anger of God poured onto the World ( 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18), as God's Anger is not for those who have trusted in Him to forgive their sins. His Anger is against those who have rejected God & spurned His Love offer to them through Jesus His Son.

But we're always reminded to be ready for Jesus' Coming & not be found slothful & careless in living holy lives before Him; that when He comes, we might rejoice to see Him & not recoil in shame & sadness for our behaviour ( 1 John 2:28). "Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh." ( Matthew 24:44).
