God is faithful, all he wants is for us to adhere to his rules that is why the Corinthian says we must be holy and be cleans in heart.

I do not think this verse means that it is of a necessity to give a repentance before true salvation is attained , but that one would be of a repentive heart as a believer, in this writing.

We are missing in the fear of God. Not just being afraid of him but also out of respect, love, honor his desires of you, not wanting to do anything that would hurt God or bring a reproach on him. Angel

Jehovah God wants us to be free of practices that pollute our fleshly body and damage our spirit, or dominant mental inclination. We must therefore avoid addictive behaviors that are known to be harmful to physical and mental health.

Paul is a new creature in Christ, old life is gone. That is why he can say we have corrupted no one. All things are come new..

I beleive that once Jesus Christ , comes into a person heart by faith , that the walk of faith begans , and that these promises { the promises spoken by Jesus Christ ) can and must be used by the baby christian , to rid of old worldly habits and secert sin that one my still have , promises such as mark, 11:24 , John, 15:16 - etc

Verse 10 shows the difference between godly sadness and worldly sadness. Godly sadness is shown by a person recognizing that his or her sin was against God himself and truly grasping the effects of that sin, repenting, and striving to not commit that sin again. Worldly sadness is shown when one is just embarrassed or sad over the bad consequences that they have to face. He or she does not fully grasp the depth of their sin and deep down they do not want to put forth the effort to turn away from the things that led up to that sin.

It is my greatest desire to cleanse myself of all filthiness of the flesh and spirit. Godly sorrow works repentance to salvation. I pray the Good LORD to give me this in a world full of sin. GOD HELP ME!

Paul is encouraging not tearing down. We can learn from a flock of geese, they do a loot of HONKING. When they are flying over you they are honking. Not annoying you. Scientists have discovered when they are honking that they are ENCOURAGING EACH OTHER. They are saying come on let’s make it another mile. Just a little further and will be there. Hold on just a little longer. That’s what’s going on with the honking. That’s what the church needs to have, the spirit of encouragement. Hold on just a little bit longer. The spirit of press on, the spirit of hold on. Some of you are facing obstacles, some of you have hit the head winds. I am telling you just a little further down the road there is some relief coming. Hold on to the hand of God. 1 Thessalonians 5:11, “Therefore encourage one another, and build up one another. WHAT KIND OF HONKING ARE YOU DOING, You may be the individual that stands up in the service and throws up both hands and yells glory. It may unlock somebody that is bound. It may encourage somebody that is discouraged.

Godly sorrow brings repentance and forgiveness but the wordly sorrow brings anger and death; as anger does not work righteouness of God.

Paul earnessly love the gospel after his conversion and had a zeal to share it at any cost even if it cause his life,lord i crave for my first love,OMG!
