4The king by iudgement stablisheth the land: but he that receiueth gifts, ouerthroweth it. 5A man that flattereth his neighbour, spreadeth a net for his feet. 6In the transgression of an euill man there is a snare: but the righteous doth sing and reioyce. 7The righteous considereth the cause of the poore: but the wicked regardeth not to know it. 8Scornefull men bring a citie into a snare: but wise men turne away wrath.
