21A seuerall tenth deale shalt thou offer for euery lambe, throughout the seuen lambes: 22And one goat for a sinne offering, to make an atonement for you. 23Ye shal offer these beside the burnt offering in the morning, which is for a continuall burnt offering. 24After this maner yee shall offer dayly throughout the seuen dayes, the meat of the sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet sauour vnto the Lord: it shal be offred beside the continuall burnt offring, and his drinke offering. 25And on the seuenth day yee shall haue an holy conuocation: yee shall doe no seruile worke.

Wesley's Notes for Numbers 28:23
28:23 In the morning - And that in the evening too, as is evident from other scriptures; but the morning - sacrifice alone is mentioned, because the celebration of the feast began with it, and principally because this alone was doubtful, whether this might not be omitted when so many other sacrifices were offered in that morning, whereas there was no question but the evening sacrifice should be offered, when there were none other to be offered.
