47When he heard that Iesus was come out of Iudea into Galilee, hee went vnto him, and besought him that he would come downe, and heale his sonne: for he was at the point of death. 48Then said Iesus vnto him, Except ye see signes and wonders, yee will not beleeue. 49The noble man saith vnto him, Syr, come downe ere my child die. 50Iesus saith vnto him, Go thy way, thy sonne liueth. And the man beleeued the word that Iesus had spoken vnto him, and he went his way. 51And as he was now going down, his seruants met him, and told him, saying, Thy sonne liueth.
