Hosea 10:3 Context
1Israel is an empty vine, he bringeth forth fruite vnto himselfe: according to the multitude of his fruite, he hath increased the altars, according to the goodnesse of his land, they haue made goodly images. 2Their heart is diuided: now shall they be found faultie: hee shall breake downe their altars: he shall spoile their images. 3For now they shall say, We haue no King, because we feared not the Lord, What then should a King doe to vs? 4They haue spoken words, swearing falsely in making a couenant: thus iudgement springeth vp as hemlocke in the furrowes of the field. 5The inhabitants of Samaria shall feare, because of the calues of Bethauen: for the people thereof shall mourne ouer it, and the priests thereof that reioyced on it, for the glory thereof, because it is departed from it.

10:3 Say - See and feel. No king - Either no king at all, or no such king as we expected. What then - For kings are not able to save without the God of kings.
