When God told Abraham in Genesis 12 1 3 to leave for a place an unknown place later identified as Canaan , he was not told to take anybody outside his nuclear family along. No wonder there was strife with Lot 's his nephew herdsmen later. This lesson to me shows we must try our possible best to follow God 's specific instructions and not just rely on our feelings and emotions. Where we are not sure or clear, it is better to take the matter back to God to get the full details. Presumption could lead to undue stress, strife and problems. However, God uses our experiences to teach us deep truths about Himself and all around us. May God help us to follow the specific divine revelations He has given us for our lives in Jesus Name.

If we walk with God in spirit and in truth, He has the Capacity to make us overtake our peers and even our seniors on scales of greatness. God is looking for ways to showcase His power and Strength in the lives of His Children
