22For the Iewes require a signe, and the Greekes seeke after wisedome. 23But wee preach Christ crucified, vnto the Iewes a stumbling block, and vnto the Greekes, foolishnesse: 24But vnto them which are called, both Iewes and Greekes, Christ, the power of God, & the wisedome of God. 25Because the foolishnesse of God is wiser then men: and the weakenesse of God is stronger then men. 26For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble are called.
