3For my dayes are consumed like smoke: and my bones are burnt as an hearth. 4My heart is smitten, and withered like grasse: so that I forget to eate my bread. 5By reason of the voice of my groning, my bones cleaue to my skinne. 6I am like a Pelican of the wildernes: I am like an owle of the desert. 7I watch, and am as a sparowe alone vpon the house top.
