8But vnto the Sonne, he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for euer and euer: a scepter of righteousnesse is the scepter of thy kingdome. 9Thou hast loued righteousnesse, and hated iniquitie, therefore God, euen thy God hath anointed thee with the oyle of gladnesse aboue thy fellowes. 10And, thou Lord in the beginning hast layed the foundation of the earth: and the heauens are the works of thine hands. 11They shall perish, but thou remainest: and they all shal waxe old as doth a garment. 12And as a vesture shalt thou fold them vp, and they shall be changed, but thou art the same, and thy yeeres shall not faile?

Heb 1:10 And, Thou, Lord in the beginning. From Ps 102:25-27. A part of the preceding part of the Psalm (Ps 102:13-16) speaks of the Messiah's Kingdom, and hence these verses may well apply to the Messiah, especially as they harmonize with what we are told elsewhere of his glory. See PNT "Joh 1:1".
