16Am I therefore become your enemie, because I tell you the trueth? 17They zelously affect you, but not well: yea, they would exclude you, that you might affect them. 18But it is good to bee zealously affected alwayes in a good thing, and not onely when I am present with you. 19My litle children, of whom I trauaile in birth againe, vntill Christ bee formed in you: 20I desire to bee present with you now, and to change my voyce, for I stand in doubt of you.

Ga 4:18 [It is] good to be zealously sought affected always in [a] good [thing]. To exhibit zeal and feeling is a good thing. It was good to show this feeling when he was present with them. But now it was changed in respect of himself. It was "only when he was present".
